When using CloudMe you can be sure that all your data is safely stored in Sweden and therefore protected by the strong Swedish Data Protection Act under the EU Data Protection Directive. This ensures the privacy of your data.

CloudMe AB is a Swedish registered business with all customer data stored in physical servers we bought and own within Sweden. We are not using any third party cloud services for your data.

If you are an EU business, we are happy to sign a Personal Data Assistant Agreement with you in order for your business to comply with the EU Data Protection Directive, please email legal@cloudme.com.

Disco de red (WebDAV) para Mac OS

Mac OS tiene soporte integrado para discos de red (WebDAV), una tecnología utilizada para iDisk.

Abra su Mac Finder. Desde el menú Go seleccione Conectar al Servidor...
En el campo "Server Address ", introduzca: "https://webdav.cloudme.com/username" (introduzca su nombre de usuario por "username" y utilice minúsculas)
Escriba su nombre de usuario de CloudMe (en minúsculas) y su contraseña. Esté seguro que "Registered User" está seleccionado y haga click en Connect
Abra " Preferencias del Sistema " en el menú de Apple y seleccione Cuentas o Usuarios y Grupos
Haga click en la pestaña Login Items, haga click en + debajo de "Opciones de inicio de sesión", encuentre y seleccione el volumen de CloudMe de los pasos previos y haga click en Añadir
El volumen CloudMe será añadido a la cola de "Startup Items" y montado cada vez que el ordenador se encienda

In order for you to continue to use our service and keep your CloudMe account subscription, you need to provide us with the following consents. Failing to provide us with consent before 6 months after the 25th of May 2018 will result in your account being deleted. We will not send out reminders about gaining your consent as this will violate GDPR.

Personal Data consents

In order to make your CloudMe experience possible, we store and process Personal Data. Read more on what we store here.

Please accept that we use it for the following processes:

I consent that CloudMe stores Personal Data (name, email, username, online identifiers, device identifiers, and billing address if provided)
I consent that CloudMe stores any personal content that I upload, synchronize, or otherwise make available for the service
I consent to receive emails about my CloudMe subscription (under My Account you can configure which emails you'd like to receive)
I consent to that CloudMe use third party services for website statistics; Matomo and Mixpanel, and that our installed clients use Google Fabric for crash analytics (these services do not affect any of your personal data or stored files)
I agree to receive emails with information about the service (newsletters, promotions and campaigns, and the like)
I agree to customized online advertising related to the CloudMe service
